David B. Weise
Senior Partner

Bachelor of Science, University of Arizona
David began his career with a well-respected national accounting firm in 1990. As an accountant, he worked in tax preparation, consulting, and auditing for both individuals and corporations.
In 1992, David successfully transitioned into business management after accepting a position with a business management firm in the San Fernando Valley. He quickly excelled as an accountant and business manager and developed his own clientele. In an effort to grow his client base and provide broader services, David left that firm in 1994 to work for an international business management firm. David's clientele continued to grow. Because he was unwilling to compromise his relationships with his clients, he decided to return to his former firm.
In 1999, he made his next big business move forming his own company. His firm was formed with an original staff of four employees. In 2005, there were close to 50 employees when David and his original partner ended their partnership and he formed the current firm of David Weise & Associates, Inc.
David has always maintained a balanced client base, comprised of music, television and motion picture, and sports clientele. With over 20 years of professional business management experience, David has developed invaluable relationships within the entertainment industry. These relationships have been beneficial in structuring deals which benefit multiple clients at a time.
In 2005, David was proud to announce the addition of Wayne Kamemoto. With his help, along with David's excellent business management skills, DWA continues to grow and expand its services.
David is a CPA and a member of the CA Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Beth H. Sabbagh
Senior Partner

Bachelors of Arts, Loyola Marymount University
Beth began her professional career in the Los Angeles office of international accounting firm Ernst & Whinney. As a senior auditor she was involved in the planning and execution of fieldwork for a variety of corporate audits, including several large publicly traded companies. While this experience was invaluable for her professional development, Beth knew that auditing large corporate clients was not her preferred career choice. She then accepted a position with a small local firm specializing in tax and entertainment business management. There, Beth worked as a Senior Accountant preparing tax returns, compilations and projects for a wide variety of clients, including entertainers, professionals, investment partnerships and other businesses She soon realized that she wanted to focus primarily on business management. As an accountant with creativity (writing, drawing and painting), Beth found working in the entertainment industry satisfied both her love of the arts, as well as her logical and practical accounting side. She then joined another Los Angeles business management firm, where she became the primary accountant working on many of the firm's largest clients and handled royalty, tour and film/production accounting, as well as tax planning and special projects.
In 1996 Beth had the opportunity to join a business management firm in Seattle as a Senior Manager. After many years in Los Angeles, she decided to make the leap and relocate to the Pacific Northwest, which boasted a small but thriving music and film community. There Beth developed her own clientele, and eventually became a partner in the firm. She had clients ranging from legendary musicians and actors to small bands and independent film producers, many located outside the Seattle area. Ultimately after 10 years, Beth found she missed being in the heart of the entertainment industry (and the sun). so she decided to move back to Los Angeles where she joined David Weise and Associates in July 2006
At DWA Beth is excited to have the opportunity to work in a thriving organization with enthusiastic and talented people. DWA's philosophy of working closely with the clients and their professional advisers, and providing thorough, accurate and timely information, mirrors her own high standards The firm is a nice blend of youthful energy and the highest level of experience and professionalism, and Beth is proud to be a part of it.
In December 2008, Beth became a Partner at DWA.
